Invite teammates and manage access - Cord

You need Owner access for these steps. Teammates must already have a Cord account.

Open Projects.
Open the project’s ⋯ menu and select Manage members.
Enter your teammate’s Cord email address and choose a role.
Select Invite. They appear in the members list.

Role	Access
Owner	Edits project content and manages members and project settings.
Editor	Edits project data, analysis, and apps.
Viewer	Reviews project content and results.
App viewer	Uses only the published apps shared with them.

For an App viewer, select the pencil icon in App access and choose the published apps they can open. Editors can invite App viewers and choose their apps through View members.

Change or remove access

In Manage members, use a teammate’s role dropdown to change their role, or the trash icon to remove their access. Changes save immediately.
